Refund policy

This refund policy applies to items sold by Waww. Items sold on Waww the 2nd Life are not sold by Waww. Please see the  Conditions of Sale and Purchase 2nd Life for the refund policy for these items.

From the date of receipt of your order, you have 31 days to change your mind. However, you will have 45 days to send us your return package. After this time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your item is damaged? We can replace it with an identical one. Remember to specify that you want an exchange in your return email.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm that we have received it and in acceptable condition, after which we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made within 7 days of our receipt of the item. Credit can only be applied to your original method of payment.

To make a return, please send your request by email to within 31 days of receiving your item. Once your request has been validated by email, we will send you either:
- a prepaid label from a local carrier. You will be responsible for contacting the carrier and arranging collection of the item with them.
- a prepaid label from a relay network. It will be your responsibility to drop off the item at the pick-up point of your choice.
