Refund policy

SCOPE
This refund policy applies to items sold by WAWW. Items sold on the Waww La 2ème Vie site are not sold by WAWW. Please consult the Conditions of Sale and Purchase 2nd Life for the refund policy of these items.

RIGHT TO RETRACT
From the date of receipt of your order, you have 15 days to change your mind. However, you will have 30 days to send us your return package.
After this time, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

TRADES
Is your item damaged? We can replace it with an identical item. Remember to specify that you want an exchange in your return email.

REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
Once your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN?
To make a return, please send your request by email to info@waww.fr.
Once your request has been validated by email, you must send your articles by to the address: WAWW, 56 rue de l'Université, 75007 Paris.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Return costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SALES ITEMS
Sale items are non-refundable.

YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED YOUR REFUND?
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation email, please contact your bank first. There is often an internal bank processing delay before a refund is posted.
If your bank has not received the refund, please contact us at info@waww.fr to obtain the refund transaction reference.

DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, you can submit a complaint to WAWW, by email to info@waww.fr or by mail to 56 rue de l'Université, 75007 Paris, in order to seek an amicable solution. You can also contact our consumer mediator:
